The ingredients needed to cook Soda Jelly:
  1. You need 11/2 cups (360 ml) carbonated water
  2. You need 3 Tbsp water
  3. Take 1 pack (7 g) gelatine
  4. You need 2 Tbsp sugar
  5. Use 1 Tbsp stevia
  6. Take 1 Tbsp lemon juice
  7. Use fruits of your choice
Instructions to make Soda Jelly:
  1. Pour the water into a microwavable bowl and sprinkle with gelatin. Let it absorb the water.
  2. Place sugar, stevia and 2Tbsp carbonated water in a microwavable bowl.
  3. Microwave gelatine mix 30 sec until melted.
