  2. You need 2 carrot

  1. First of all, wash all the vegetables and cut into two inches long and thin.
  2. Put a vessel on flame along with two three glass of water and put some salt, add carrot, cauliflower radish and turnip for two minutes only then put it in drainer and remove water, dry these in sun for one hour till these dry up completely.
  3. Now put them in some deep vessel add turmeric, red chilli, ginger, green chilli mustard seeds, salt two big lemon juice and mix it well with mustard oil, keep it in an airtight glass jar or bottle. Put it in sun for a day
