- Use 1-2 cucumbers
- Provide 2-1 Cauliflower
- Get 3-4 Carrots
- Prepare 4-1 Raddish
- Use 5-5 -6 green chillies
- Use 6 - As desired Salt
- Prepare 7-1 tsp sugar
- Use 8-2 tbsp Mustard seeds
- Use 9-1 cup vinegar
Steps to make Quick Vegetables Pickle:
- Wash and make slices of cucumbers. Remove the seeds.
- Wash and cut big chunks of cauliflower and blanch it hot water for 3 minutes.
- Wash, peel and cut slices of carrots. Apply salt and leave it for sometime.
- Wash, peel and slice raddish. Apply salt and leave it for sometime.
- Wash and cut green chillies in slices and remove seeds.
- Mix all vegetables.Add salt, sugar, vinegar, mustard seeds (crushed)
