- First we have cut ghobi, and kathal and green chilli
- Then boil the water in a pan add add chopped gobhi and kathal boil it for 5 min in high flame then remove excese water and cool it down
- Then keep it in a under for sun dry for completely soaked water from the kathal and gobhi
- When water is there achar will get spoil in 2-3 days only
