- Take 1 1/2 cup Chocolate whey protein powder
- Prepare 1 1/2 cup Coconut Flour
- Use 2 tbsp Chia Seeds
- Take 2 tbsp Stevia or other sweetener
- Get 2 each large eggs
- Prepare 2 tbsp Honey
- Prepare 1 1/3 cup 2% milk
- Use 1 1/2 cup peanut butter
- Use 1 1/2 cup Trail mix or nuts dried fruit, coconut, your choice!

- Add all dry ingredients together and mix well
