- Get for potato masala
- Use 1 tsp chopped boiled potato

- Get 1 tsp chat masala
- Take for jaggery chutney
- Prepare 2 tbsp tamarimd
- Use 1 tsp Jaggery
- Take pinch red colour
Instructions to make Golgappa:
- Take maida,suji,wheat flour,baking soda,1 tsp refind,water
- Make smooth dough
- Give rest for 2hours
- Pudina,dhaniya,green chilli,ginger,grind all things
- Filtered it
- Put it in water,all masala,pudina bundi and Tamarind water Mix it well
- Take chopped boiled potato,chole,onion And chat masala,mix it well
- Make puris of the dough
- Fry all puris on high fLame
- After frying all puri give rest for 10min.
- Take a pan boiled in it water
- Put in it tamarind and jaggery Pinch of red colour
- Rest it for 15minutes on high flame
