- You need 250 g Oyster Mushroom
- Prepare 50 g Garlic Chives
- Provide as needed Cooking Oil

- You need 1 Tbsp Fish Sauce
- Take 2 pinches Black Pepper
- Prepare 1 Tbsp Cooking Oil
- Prepare 2 tsp Corn Flour
- Take [Lemongrass Paste] - ground well

- MARINADE: marinate the Chicken with the Fish Sauce and Black Pepper for 30 minutes or more. When ready to fry, add Cooking Oil and Corn Flour and mix well.
