  1. Choco golgappa:Keep aside 50 gms each chopped sweet cherries & tooti frooti
  2. Crack centers of 10 puris & coat the outer side using 50 ml melted chocolate
  3. Keep inverted on a plate for 10 minutes for chocolate coating to dry
  4. Fill up puris with chopped tooti frooti and cherries & keep aside
  5. Pizza golgappa:Melt 1 tbsn butter & sauté1 onion,50 gms each bellpepper & sweet corn for 10 minutes
  6. Crack the center and fill up 10 puris using the sautéed veggies
  7. Add 1 tsn chopped tomatoes on each and 1 tsn cumin powder, followed by 1 tsn Chaat masala
  8. Add 1 tsn chopped coriander leaves followed by 1 tsn grated mozzarella cheese
  9. Microwave for about 2 minutes till the cheese melts slightly
  10. Add 1 tsn tamarind syrup on each puri
  11. Add 1 tsn green chilly chutney followed by 1 tsn grated cheese. Sprinkle a pinch of salt on each
