The ingredients needed to prepare Haldi-Tulsi Kadha:
- Take 2 inch Ginger piece
- Take 15-29 Tulsi leaves
- Get 9-10 Black pepper
- Get 6-7 cloves
- Take 2 cinnamon stick
- Use 1 tsp sugar
- Use 1/2 tsp Turmeric Powder
- You need 2 cups water
Instructions to make Haldi-Tulsi Kadha:
- Take mortar & pestle add Ginger, Tulsi, cinnamon stick, cloves, black pepper.
- Crush it with pestle. Add to the tea pan.
- Add water, sugar, turmeric powder.
- Let it boil till it get half. Strain it and drink it hot.
- Note: Actually I add honey or jaggery in place of sugar. But today I added sugar because of my son as he doesn't like jaggery with Haldi and shortage of honey.
