- Combine the burger onion and 3 cloves of garlic black olives cook till browned. Reserve a quarter of the meat.
- Add the rest of ingredients minus the cheese and tortillas. Bring to a boil turn down to low cover and cook 2 hours. Melt butter with masa flour. Add some of chili to flour mixture then add back into the chili let cook till it thickens
- ASteam the tortillas add little meat and cheese and roll each one. Place in a baking dish. Top with chili and cheese. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes or till heated through and cheese is melted.
Just lightly fry corn tortillas, roll them up with Jack or cheddar cheese, cover with a tomato and green chile sauce, more cheese, and bake.
