The ingredients needed to cook Kuzhi Coconut Paniyaram:
  1. You need 3 cups Idli batter
  2. Take to taste Salt
  3. Take 1 tsp Red chilli powder
  4. Prepare 1 tsp Red chilli flakes
  5. Get 1 Onion chopped
  6. Get 5-6 tbsp Coconut powder
  7. Prepare 2 - 3 tbsp Coriander leaves chopped
  8. Provide 1 tsp Mustard seeds
  9. Provide 2 tsp Sambhar masala
Instructions to make Kuzhi Coconut Paniyaram:
  1. In a bowl add idli batter, salt, red chilli powder, red chilli flakes, onion, mustard seeds, coconut powder, sambhar masala and coriander leaves. Mix well.
  2. Heat paniyaram pan. Add little oil in each hole. Add spoonful of batter in each hole. Cover and cook on low flame for few mins or till bottom turns golden.
  3. Flip the side again cover and cook for 2-3 min. Open the lid and turn the flame on high. Cook for 2-3 min or till golden & properly cooked. Switch off the flame.
  4. Place kazhi paniyaram in plates and serve hot with sambhar.
