The ingredients needed to cook Arbi ki sabji:
- Provide 500 gm arbi
- Get 2 chopped onion
- Get 2 chopped tomatoe
- Get 2 chopped green chilli
- Get 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
- Provide 1/2 tsp red chilli powder
- Take 1/2 tsp chat masala
- Take 1/2 tsp gram masala

- Get 1/2 tsp cumin seeds

Instructions to make Arbi ki sabji:
- Peel off the arbi and wash it & then dry it.
- Cut the dry arbi in long peices.
- Take a wok and add oil & heat it. Now put cut arbi and fry it.
- In another wok add oil and heat it.put in cumin seeds, onions and tomatoes in it and saute it.
- Add all species like salt, turmeric, red chilli powder in it and mix well.
- Now cook it for 2 to 3 min.
- Add fried arbi in it and cook for 3 min untill it become soft.
- Arbi vegetable is ready for serve.
