The ingredients needed to make Mango Sabji:
- Prepare 500 gms half raw half ripe mangoes
- You need 2 tbsp oil
- Take 1/2 tsp mustard seeds
- Prepare 2 Pieces cinnamon stick (1inch each)

Instructions to make Mango Sabji:
- Take a pan on low flame add oil, mustard seeds. Get crackled. Add bay leaf, cinnamon stick, black pepper, cloves. Let crackle all
- Add Turmeric Powder, chopped mangoes.
- Add water(1 glass) close the lid and let get mangoes cooked.
- Now open the lid and add salt, red chilli powder, coriander cumin powder,
