- Get 1/2 cup rawa/sooji
- Get 1/2 cup rice flour
- Get 1/2 cup besan
- Prepare 1/4 cup ragi flour
- Prepare 1 cup curd
- Get to taste Salt
- Prepare 1 green chilli chopped
- Get 5-6 curry leaves chopped
- Prepare 2 tbsp coriander leaves
- Use 1 tbsp onion chopped
- Take 1 tbsp capsicum chopped
- Take 1 tbsp carrots chopped
- Get 1 tbsp green peas boiled
- Prepare 1/8 tsp black pepper powder
- Use 1 tbsp oil
- Use 1/4 tsp mustard seeds
- Take 2 cube cheese grated
Instructions to make Multigrain veg Paniyaram:
- Firstly in a large mixing bowl combine rawa and all flours, curd and salt.
- Mix well to from paste without forming any lumps. Further add water as required.
- Mix well to form thick batter and keep aside for the 10-15 minutes.
- After 15 minutes the batter must have soaked all the water. If the batter is thick then add so more water
- Batter should be a pouring consistency.
- In a small pan heat 1 tsp oil and add mustard seeds they start pop add curry leaves and add add it to paniyaaram mixture and mix well.
- Now add a pinch of baking soda just before preparing appam and mix well.
- Now fill the batter in each hole in appam mould and cover and simmer for a minute.
- Cook on a slow flame until appam gets cooked slightly golden brown.
- Flip it to the other side using a spoon and cook for turns golden brown.
- Remove them out in a plate. And serve with tea, tomato sauce, green chutney, and coconut chutney.
- Also serve as in kids tiffen.
