- Prepare Pork Balls
- You need 150 g pork sausage meat
- You need 1 tsp fennel
- You need 1 tsp chinese 5 spice
- Get Broth
- Prepare 600 ml boiled water

- Take 15 g dried porcini
- Take 35 g fresh ginger, sliced, no need to peel
