The ingredients needed to cook Pizza Paniyaram:
- Use 1 cup semolina (sooji)
- Prepare 1/2 cup curd (dahi)
- Use 3/4 cup water
- Take 3-4 slit green chillies
- Prepare Chopped veggies (onion,capsicum,tomato)
- Take 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- Provide 1 tsp Chill flakes
- Use to taste Salt
- Get 1/2 cup cheese (processed / mozzarella)
- You need 1/2 tsp black peoper
- Take Oil
- Take Mustard seeds
- You need 1 tsp Eno fruit salt/ baking soda
Steps to make Pizza Paniyaram:
- Slightly roast semolina on a pan, then remove from flame & transfer to a mixing bowl.
- Add curds & water to make a dosa batter consistency batter. Also add slit green chillies. I prefer slit green chillies as they are easy to remove while eating. π you can use finely chopped too. Let it rest for 10minutes.
- Meanwhile chopped veggy of your choice & grate cheese.
- Now add salt, black pepper, Italian seasoning & chilli flakes to the batter & mix well. Lastly add eno fruit salt for instant fermentation.
- Heat appe/paniyarm pan with little oil & mustard seeds. Add the batter into the cavities of pan.
- Top them with chopped veggies & grated cheese. Cover & cook for 5 minutes on low flame. Pizza paniyaram is ready to serve & eat. Enjoy π
