  1. Get 1 big bowl dosa /idli batter
  2. Take 1 onion finely chopped
  3. Use 1 table spoon grated ginger
  4. Provide 3-4 green chillies finely chopped
  5. Take coriander leaves finely chopped
  6. Prepare 1 cup oil
  7. You need salt
Instructions to make Paniyaram:
  1. Take a vessel.
  2. Pour the batter.
  3. Add all the above ingredients and mix.
  4. Batter should be of medium consistency.
  5. Heat the paniyaram pan.
  6. Fill each mould with 1/2 teaspoon of oil.
  7. Pour batter up to 3/4 in each mould.
  8. Lower the heat ; cover and cook.
  9. When the base is golden fried,flip and cook until done
  10. Serve hot with coconut chutney, tomato onion chutney and tikki Mirch chutney.
