  1. Prepare 250 gm Turai (Ridge gourd)
  2. Provide 1 Roll of Arbi leaves (Patra)

  1. Take washed & cut Turai.
  2. Take arbi leaves roll cut in big pieces.
  3. In cooker put oil take mustard seeds & let it crackle. Then add Turai & all masalas mix well and add Arbi leaves roll. Cook on high flame till 1 whistle and low flame for 5 minutes.
  4. After five minutes let cooker cool down. Then open the tasty sabji is ready.
