- Use 2 cups Semiya(preferably roasted semiya)
- Provide 1 cup Sugar
- Provide 2 tbsp Cashew nuts
- You need 2 tbsp Raisins
- Provide 1/4 tsp Cardamom powder
- Provide 4 cup Milk
Instructions to make Kerala Semiya Payasam:
- Heat ghee in a pan.
- Fry the cashew nuts and raisins in ghee.
