- Prepare Urad dal 1 small cup
- Prepare idli rice 3 small cup
- You need cheese (amul cheese slices)
- Prepare onion 1 big
- Provide 2 green chillies

- Soak urad dal and idli rice separately for 2-3 hours. Then grind it into smooth batter.
- Allow it to ferment for 4-5 hours.
