The ingredients needed to make Cauliflower sabji:
  1. Prepare 250 grams cauliflower
  2. Use 2 potatoes
  3. Take 1 tomato
  4. Prepare 2 tbsp oil
  5. Take 1/2 tsp mustard seeds
  6. You need Pinch hing
  7. Provide 2 tsp red chilli
  8. Get 1/2 tsp turmeric powder

  1. Chop all the veggies.
  2. Heat oil in a pan.now add mustard, when mustard crackles add hing.and add chopped veggies,mix it.
  3. After 10 minutes veggie will be half done now add tomato, red chilli powder, salt,and garam masala powder and mix well.
  4. After 10 minutes sabji will done.

As per the sabzi name, main ingredients are cauliflower and green bell pepper. So basically gobi=cauliflower and shimla mirch=bell pepper or capsicum. Heat a pan with oil and splutter cumin seeds and add finely chopped onion and fry till transparent. Add the coriander leaves while frying.
