The ingredients needed to make Banana Paniyaram:
- Take 4 Banana (ripened)
- Use 150 grams Maida
- Use 150 grams Wheat flour
- Provide 150 grams Sugar
- Use 1/2 spoon Baking soda
- You need 1/2 spoon Cardamom powder
- Prepare 1 spoon Ghee
- Prepare 1/2 tsp Salt
- Use As required Oil for frying

Instructions to make Banana Paniyaram:
- Take a mixer jar, add banana slices and sugar. Grind it into a smooth paste.
- Now in the same mixer jar add maida and wheat flour and start grinding it.
- Add water little by little and adjust the consistency. It should be in the idli batter consistency.
- Now transfer it into a pan.
- Add ghee, salt and cardamom powder to that and make a batter.
- Mix the baking soda with one spoon of water and then add it to the batter.
