- Take 2 zucchini
- Use 1 tbsp oil
- You need 2 tbsp coriander powder
- Prepare 1/4 tsp turmeric powder

- Wash and cut the zucchini into 2" pieces and slit them from one side.
- Combine all the masalas coriander powder, garam masala, red chilli powder, dry mango powder, fennel and Nigella seeds, turmeric powder, salt and add 1tsp oil and mix well.
- Now stuff the zucchini with the prepared masalas. Prepare all zucchini.
- Heat 1 tbsp oil in a non stick pan add cumin seeds and asafoetida and place the stuffed zucchini in it.Cover and cook on a slow flame till the zucchini are cooked.
- Serve hot with parantha and chapati.
