- Use 1 small Gobhi(cauliflower)
- Take 3-4 Big size
- Use 1 big chopped tomato
- Prepare 1 chopped onion
- Take As per taste Salt

- In a pan add oil and add chopped onion and saute up till they are golden brown.
- When turn golden brown add some Coriander and add chopped tomato.
- Now mix all spices like red chilli powder, salt, turmeric, Bhuna masala and mix well.
- Now add cauliflower and one cup water and mix them well for 2 minutes.
- Now add potato and mix them well adding 1 cup water.
- Close the lid and check when both cauliflower and potato are cooked then turn off the flame.
