  2. In a fry pan add gingelly oil and put all items under tempering.
  3. Saute onion chillies and ginger until onions are translucent. Add little salt for onion while sauteing
  4. Add sauted onion in dosa batter and add curry leaves and coriander leaves
  5. Mix nicely
  6. Grease appe or Paniyaram pan and pour the batter.
  7. Cook till golden or both sides
  8. Serve hot with chutney.
