  1. First, boil all arbis in the cooker. when it's boiled, shells remove from it. Then cut into pieces.
  2. Take a pan, add oil to make tadka. When tadka is ready add all cut arbi vegetables in it.
  3. Add all masalas and 2 cups of water.mix it well. Add curd in it.boil for 10 minutes. Sabji is ready to serve. Garnish it with Coriander.
