  1. Provide 1 cup besan
  2. Provide 1/2 cup Dahi (curd)
  3. Use 2 tbsp Lahsun (garlic)

Instructions to make Gatta sabji:
  1. In a vessel take besan and add oil 2 tbsp, ajwain, salt and red chilli and knead a dough using water (aroumd 1/4th cup)
  2. Roll into long strips and cut into pieces
  3. Take lahsun, coriander and red chilli and grind into a paste
  4. Boil gatta in water or deep fry them
  5. Mix the lahsun masala in dahi
  6. In a kadhai heat oil and add the dahi mixture and cook on low flame for 4-5 mins
  7. Now add gatta and water (in which gatta is boiled) and bring it to a boil amd simmer for 5-10 mins and serve hot with bajra roti or normal roti
