- Get 100 gms beans, carrot, potato, Pumpkin, Brinjal
- Prepare 7-8 green chilies
- Provide 1 cup curd, 1 ts-Thuvaran dal,1 cup coconut(grated)

- In a mixer grinder add, coconut, green chilies, jeera and soaked thuvaran dal, make it into smooth paste.
- In a pan add the baked vegetables, curd, grinded paste and a cup of curd. Then cook for 5 minutes.
- In a frying pan add coconut oil allow mustard to crack add curry leaves and add this to avial.
