- Get 300 gm bottle gourd
- Prepare 100 gm besan / chickpea flour
- Provide as required Salt
- Use 3 tbsp oil
- Get 1/2 tsp mustard seeds

- Peel and chop the bottle gourd. Make tempering in pan with mustard seeds, cumin seeds, turmeric, asafoetida and curry leaves in oil. Put bottle gourd in pan and mix well.
