- Provide 250 gm Besan/gram flour

- Get 2 tejpatta(bay leaf)
- Prepare 1 dalchini(cinnemom)
- Take 2 badi elaichi(green Cardamom)
- Prepare 250 gm onion
- Use 1 ginger
- Prepare 5-6 garlic cloves
- Prepare 150 gm Tomatoes
- Prepare 25 gm Khuskhus(poppy seeds) powder
- Provide 25 gm Til (sesame)powder
- Prepare 10 gm Garam masala powder
- Provide 10 gm Coconut powder
Instructions to make Rasa patodi sabji:
- For patodi take besan flour and mix all the ingredients needed for patodi.
- Make a soft dough of it.
- Then roll the dough and cut the thick pieces in diamond shape.
- Steam all the pieces in a steamer or in cooker.
- For rasa take oil in pan, heat it then add cumin seeds, tejpatta, badi elaechi.
- Then add ginger garlic paste, add onion paste just after it's colour becomes brown.
- When this masala gives brown colour add rest of dry ingredients to it.
- Now add tomato puree and garam masala powder.
- Boil well and garnish with Coriander leaves.
For making masala, heat little oil in pan add chopped onion and saute till it turn into brown.
