- Take 1/2 kg snail (cleaned)
- Provide 3 fresh tomatoes
- Take 7 fresh pepper
- Prepare 1 large onion

- Wash and cut snail into 2 pieces, spice to your taste and parboil till it’s almost tender remove from heat, drain snail and set aside
