  1. Buy hard and little raw guavas to make the dish. Wash and let them dry. Cut the guavas into medium-sized pieces and take out it's seeds.
  2. Heat oil in a pan and put cumin seeds to it. Once the cumin seeds turn brown in colour add hing. Add guava pieces and add turmeric powder, coriander powder, red chilli powder and salt. Cook for 1 -2 min.
  3. Add 1/2 cup of water. Cover it. Cook for 5 mins in low flame. After 5 min sabzi is ready. Add chat masala and lemon juice. Mix it well. Ready for serve.
