- Use 700 grams White rice
- Use 150 grams Pork (this time, I used pork belly)
- Take 1/3 Carrot
- Take 4 Dried shiitake mushrooms
- Get 30 grams Kamaboko
- You need 1/2 a bunch Green onion or scallion
- Take 2 tbsp ●Mirin
- You need 2 tbsp ● Usukuchi soy sauce
- Use 1/2 tsp ●Salt
- Use 3 tbsp ●Cooking sake
- Prepare 1 as required Dashi stock
- Take 1 to preference Sesame oil

- These are the ingredients. Soak the shiitake mushrooms in water, boil the pork, and cut everything into small pieces.
- Wash the rice, then add the ● seasonings and add dashi stock in place of water (you could also add the liquid from soaking the shiitake mushrooms).
- Add all the ingredients from Step 1 except the green onions and start the rice cooker.
- Once it has cooked, mix in the sesame oil and green onions. Check the taste. If it's too weak, add some salt. It's ready!
