  1. Use 2 Kg Beef ( Indian )
  2. You need Oil
  3. Prepare mustard seeds Few
  4. Get 6 Onions
  5. Take 2 Tomatoes
  6. Prepare 2 tablespoons garam masala
  7. Take 1 tablespoon red chilli of powder
  8. Prepare 1 tablespoon curry powder of
  9. Provide 1 tablespoon corriander of powder
  10. You need 1 tsp of yellow powder
  11. Use to taste Salt
  12. Provide 1 cup water of
  13. Get Grinding:
  14. Provide 8 onions small
  15. Take 4 green chillies
  16. Take 4 cloves garlic
  17. Provide 1 inch ginger
  18. Prepare 8 - 10 curry leaves
  19. You need Seasoning:
  20. Provide Coconut oil
  21. Prepare mustard leaves
  22. You need red chilli
  23. Prepare curry leaves
  24. Use 2 onions small
Instructions to make Kerala Beef Curry:
  1. Firstly grind small onions, chillies, garlic, ginger, curry leaves to a fine paste. Set aside
  2. Heat oil in a pan and add mustard seed.
  3. After it splutters add onions
  4. Cook until it gets brown. Add tomatoes and saute it till it gets smashed.
  5. Add the grinded paste and mix well.
  6. Add spices: garam masala, chili powder, curry powder, corriander powder and yellow powder and salt and heat it. Make sure it does not get burnt.
  7. Add beef and mix it well with the rest of the ingredients.
  8. Add water and put it for 2 steams on high flame followed by 6 steams on low flame.
  9. For seasoning, heat the oil and add mustard seed till it splutters.
  10. Add small onions, red chilli and curry leaves till it get brown.
  11. Switch off the flame and add this to the beef curry.
  12. Serve with rice. Enjoy!!
