- Take 1/2 Cup gram flour
- Prepare 3 Tbsp oil

- Let’s take the gram flour, roast it for 2 mins on medium flame and take it out for keep it aside.
- Now let’s take the oil in a pan. Once the oil is hot, add cumin seeds, asafoetida, chopped ginger garlic, chopped green chilli and sauté for a while. Now add slicly chopped onion and cook them for 2-3 mins.
- Now add turmeric powder, red chilli powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, dry mango powder, salt and mix it well. Cover it and Cook it for another 2 mins. Now add roasted gram flour, mix it well, cover it with the lid and cook it for another 2-3 mins on low flame. Turn off the flame. Finally the Besan Onion ki Sabji is ready to serve.
