- Use 250 gm Small size Onions
- Use 1 green capsicum diced
- Take 1 red capsicum diced (optional)
- Prepare 2 finely chopped onions

- Get 1/4 tsp asafoetida hing
- Get 2 green chillies paste
- Get 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste

- Use 1/2 tsp Kitchen King masala
- Get 2 tbsp fresh curd

- Deep fry whole Onions, diced both capsicum.
- Take oil in a same pan on Medium flame. Add cumin seeds, asafoetida and Chopped Onions. Saute it till it get golden
- Now add chopped tomatoes. Saute it till it get smashy, now add green chilli paste, ginger garlic paste. Saute it till oil released. Now add salt, and all dry masala.
- Saute all masala. And add water. Mix it well and let boiled. When all get incorporate add curd.
- Mix it all well. Add hand crush Kasuri Methi. Mix it and let oil released from the gravy. Now add fried whole onions and capsicum in the gravy.
- Close the lid for 2 min and whole Onions sabji is ready. Enjoy with any rotis, parathas or rice.
Boil water in a pot and add salt to it. Peel and cut the baby onions into halves or big chunks. Heat a tablespoon of oil in a wok, add the asafoetida, cumin seeds and saunf seeds. Once they crackle, add the onions, sprinkle some salt and cook the onions on medium heat until they are well roasted, gets a caramelized color and softened as well.
