  1. Take 1 whole Chicken
  2. Provide 3 Green chilies
  3. Use 5 Garlic cloves
  4. Provide piece Ginger small
  5. Take half inch piece Nutmeg

  1. Grind Green chillies, ginger, garlic and nutmeg…then add in yogurt, corn flour, lemon juice,and all masalas..now take the chicken and give it deep cuts
  2. Marinate chicken and put it overnight in fridge….now we will steam it…add water in pot and place a net stand…now put the chicken on it….now steam the chicken for abt 45 mins…then take the chicken out and deep fry it for abt 2 mins from both sides….and the chargha is ready
