  1. You need 18-20 medium size snails
  2. You need 4-5 medium size fresh pepper
  3. You need 2 seasoning cubes
  4. Provide 2 garlic cloves

  5. As the water dries and the snail is done, add the red oil and allow to cook till the water is almost dried up, turn thoroughly and serve hot. You can choose to add akwukwo anara or utazi as garnish, enjoy.
