- Sweet water- soak tamarind and jaggery for 2 hours.after that take in blender jar and grind a smooth paste and strainer it with a smooth paste. Add water accordingly. It should not be thick or thin. Add water and boil it and cool down in room temperature
- Ginger water- in water add grated ginger and jaljeera and black salt and boil and keep aside.
- Orange water will be very tasty to have in pani puri foam. Try it. Take orange juice add black salt and jal jeera.
- So take everything in your serving bowl and decorate it with sev and boondi.
