- Prepare 3 Bell Peppers (different colors)
- You need 1 Onion Diced
- Provide 1 lb Hamburger
- Take 2 tsp minced garlic

- Get 1 bag mozzarella cheese
- Prepare 1 can tomato soup

- Brown beef, onions, and garlic in a skillet. Drain.
- Boil rice, chop and sautee peppers with salt. Add to beef mixture once they are done.
- Add tomatoes, salt, pepper, mozzarella cheese, and A1 sauce to mixture. Spray a 9x13 dish and pour mixture in.
- Top with parmesan cheese. Then mix 1 can of tomato soup with half a can of water. Pour over top of everything.
- Cover with foil and bake for 45 minutes to an hour.
