Before you jump to Zip Dip recipe, you may want to read this short interesting healthy tips about Make Healthy Eating A Part of Your Life.

Healthy eating is nowadays a great deal more popular than in the past and rightfully so. Poor diet is a contributing factor in health problems such as heart disease and high blood pressure which can place a drain on the economy. There are more and more efforts to try to get us to lead a healthier way of living and yet it is also easier than ever to rely on fast, convenient food that is very bad for our health. It is likely that many people assume it will take lots of effort to eat a healthy diet or that they have to make a large scale change to how they live. In reality, though, merely making a couple of minor changes can positively affect everyday eating habits.

You can see results without eliminating foods from your diet or make huge changes immediately. If you want to commit to a wholesale change, that is okay but the main thing at first is to try to make sure that you are making more healthy eating choices. In time, you will likely find that you will eat more and more healthy food as your taste buds get used to the change. Slowly, your eating habits will change and your new eating habits will totally replace the way you ate before.

Therefore, it should be fairly obvious that it’s not at all hard to add healthy eating to your life.

  2. Use 2 lb velveeta cheese
  3. Provide 2 medium yellow onions, finely chopped
  4. Get 13 oz jalapenos, sliced or chopped

  6. Use 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
Steps to make Zip Dip:
  1. Let cheese stand at room temperature until very soft.
