  1. Get 650 g pork & Beef Meatballs
  2. Take 1 Chorizo Sausage
  3. Prepare 4 Maris Piper Potatoes
  4. Use 2 Sweet Potatoes
  5. Prepare 1 tsp Paprika
  6. Use 1 tsp Cumin
  7. Use 3 Cloves Garlic
  8. You need Handful Cherry/Plum Tomatoes

Instructions to make Meatball & Chorizo Traybake:
  1. Cut potatoes into quarters and add to a preheated 200 degree fan oven tray along with the garlic and onions and drizzle with olive oil. Season with salt and pepper. Pop into the oven for 20 mins.
  2. Brown off the meatballs and Chorizo in a frying pan and add to the tray. Also add the tomatoes and peppers.
  3. Bake for about 10 mins. Put as much cheddar cheese and parmasan as you like in top and pop back into the oven for 10 mins or until golden on top.
