- You need 220 grams ☆ Bread (strong) flour
- Prepare 30 grams ☆ Cake flour
- Provide 2 tbsp ☆ Sugar
- You need 1/2 tsp ☆ Salt
- Take 1 tsp ☆ Instant dry yeast
- Take 150 ml ☆ Lukewarm water
- Take 1 tbsp ☆ Matcha
- You need 30 grams White chocolate chip
- Prepare 3 tbsp Honey

- Put ☆ ingredients in a bowl and knead well for about 20 minutes, then divide the dough into 4 portions. Shape into balls and cover with a moistened kitchen towel. Allow to rest for 15 minutes.
