- You need 3-4 bread slices with edges discarded
- You need 1 green chilli chopped

- Tear the bread into pieces and place them in a mixing bowl

- Mash all ingredients well

- Once done, grease you palms

- Heat oil for deep frying
- Fry the vadas in batches until brown on both sides
- Rest the fried vadas on an absorbent paper for sometime
