- Prepare 1 lb small red beans (dry) or 3-4 cans
- Get 2 lb ground turkey or beef
- Prepare 2 jalapeño sliced (if you like it hot)
- Take 1 medium onion, chopped
- Prepare 1 can rotel (diced tomatoes & peppers)
- Provide 2 cup white or brown rice
- Use spices
- Use 1 red pepper flakes, cumin' paprika' garlic powder' chili powder' tony cacheres'

- Rinse and soak beans over night
- Put beans in crock pot add enough water to cover beans about 3-4 inches. Cook on low 6-8 hours.
