The ingredients needed to prepare Deconstructed Cabbage Rolls (or Cabbage Stew):
- Prepare 1 lb ground turkey
- Prepare 1 lb hot Italian sausage
- You need 1 head cabbage
- You need 24 oz salsa
- You need 2 tsp minced garlic (more or less)
- Use 1 salt, pepper and spices as desired
- Take 1 packages Lipton onion soup mix

- Remove casing on Italian sausage and brown with ground turkey and onion in skillet.
- Meanwhile, cut cabbage into pieces and add half to crock pot.
- Put half of onion soup mix and salsa on top of cabbage. Add garlic at this time.
- Add browned sausage, turkey and onion to crock pot.
- Add remainder of cabbage. Then add remainder of onion soup mix and salsa to that.
- Slice smoked sausage and add to top of crock pot.
