The ingredients needed to make Seekh Kabab (2):
- Take 1/2 kg minced meat (I used chicken minced bcz of my dad’s health issues)
- Provide 1 big Onion
- Get 1/4 cup fresh coriander leaves
- Use 3-4 Green chillies
- Take 1 tsp Red chili flakes
- Get 2 tbsp ginger garlic paste
- Get 1 tbsp cumin
- Use 1 tbsp whole coriander seeds
- Get 1 tbsp lemon juice
- Prepare 2-3 tbsp Seekh Kabab Masala
- Use 1/2 bread slice (soaked in 1tbsp milk)
- Use 1 tbsp Rice flour
- You need To taste Salt
- Use Oil for grilling
Instructions to make Seekh Kabab (2):
- Take mince and keep in strainer so all excess water drain. Meanwhile roast cumin and coriander seeds and crushed it, set aside.
- Grind mince with onions, fresh coriander, green chillies, soaked bread slice & ginger garlic paste. - Add rest of the ingredients & mix it well
- Rest for 1/2 hours minimum (chicken meat quickly and easily cooked) - Make kabab. - Grill it or pan fry it with lil oil.
- Serve hot with chutney,salad & Paratha - Tadda
