- Take 1/2 kg boneless chicken pieces
- Prepare 2 tbsp curd
- Provide 1 tbsp vinegar

- Marinate chicken in vinegar, curd, chilli, paprika, pepper, salt & ginger & garlic paste for 2-3 hours. - Heat oil in pan add marinated chicken & cook till done.
- Once the mixture cools shred the chicken, add mayonnaise & mix.
- Take tortilla on a corner spread chicken mixture, add onion & cabbage slices, sprinkle grated cheese & roll. - Brush with butter & toast in sandwich toaster.
