  1. Take 500 g lean meat
  2. Use 3 tablespoons grounded groundnut cake/kuli
  3. Use 1 pinch salt
  4. Prepare 4 Grounded scotch bonnet
  5. Get 1 teaspoon complete spices(include ginger, garlic, black etc)
  6. Provide Slices 1/2 onion 3 tomatoes 1 capsicum

  1. First wash and cut the meat in wide strips, prepare the spices,salt, seasonings, pepper and kuli in a plate
  2. Add a little water to the kuli and spices to make a paste, now cover the meat with the paste evenly, transfer to a container, cover and keep in the fridge to marinate for some time
  3. Once marinated take it out and cover your baking tray with a foil paper arrange the meat on the foil and grill for 15_20 mins at 180°c
