- Prepare 500-600 Tofu *medium soft type such as ‘Momen’, cut into large pieces
- You need 150-200 g Chicken Thigh Fillet *thinly sliced
- Get 1 tablespoon Potato Starch *mixed with 1 tablespoon Water
- Prepare 1 Egg *lightly whisked
- Prepare 1 Spring Onion *finely chopped, save some for topping
- Provide <Sauce>
- Prepare 1 cup Chicken Stock *OR 1 cup Water and 1 teaspoon Asian Chicken Bouillon Powder
- Get 1 tablespoon Sake (Rice Wine)
- You need 1 tablespoon Soy Sauce
- Get 1 tablespoon Mirin
- Provide 1/4-1/2 teaspoon Salt *OR as required
